Community Participation Program

The Cooperative was successful in its tender from the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care for a CALD specific project of Community Participation for young CALD people with disabilities aged 18 to 25 years who leave school and need to continue their independence and learning of life skills. The project will cater for 10 to 14 young people with high, very high and exceptional support needs and would be based at the premises of the Cooperative and utilise the facilities of the Addison Road Centre. Contacts are being made with various services, networks, schools to attract clients for this project.
